Grampian Buddy Group
	Can I be a Buddy? Buddies are a complete cross-section of people from diverse backgrounds, different ages, personalities and are geographically spread from all over the Grampian area. Recruitment is done as and when additional buddies are required. The Recruitment Process You will receive a letter inviting you to a Selection Day, which takes the form of a workshop. There will be a short interview and those of you who are successful at this stage will be invited to attend four days of training, which will take place over two weekends all of these training days must be attended. At the end of the training you will have another interview and a final decision regarding suitability will be made.
